Welcome to services operated by Loach Studio LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company ("Loach Studio," "we," "our," or "us").

that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

By initiating a payment, you authorize:

17. Export Compliance and Sanctions

You may not use the Services if you are located in a country subject to United States government embargoes or if you are listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

18. Force Majeure

Loach Studio LLC is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, acts of government, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to:
